Does a nectarine taste sweet because it is filled with nectar, or is nectar so called because it tastes like a nectarine?
Does it matter? Sweetness is good, no matter how it comes about. If you lose yourself too much in the details, you just might forget to enjoy what you have. Hmm, I honestly don't know where this came from, maybe I was just hungry for some nectarines ;) But anyway, remember kiddos, five servings a day of fruits and vegetables keeps a body happy.
